Meet Our Team

JERRY HADERLEIN

Designated Managing Broker

Jerry Haderlein grew up in a family real estate business with both parents working as active full time real estate broker-owners. A graduate of DePaul University, Jerry is also an Attorney at Law who has a specialty in real estate transactions and estate planning. Jerry is proud to have served as President of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, and to have assisted in the revitalization of the Lincoln/Belmont/Ashland commercial district. 

He has been involved in many new construction and condominium conversions on the North Side of Chicago. Jerry is a past Board Chairman of the Lakeview YMCA, has served as a School board member, youth baseball and basketball coach, and has worked extensively for members of the disabled community. Jerry has spent his entire life in the Chicago area. Jerry is married and is the father of 5 children.

Anna has built a great base of satisfied customers. Anna’s passion, people skills and experience has helped to serve Buyers, Sellers and Renters in Chicagoland. Anna’s professionalism ensures each of her clients receives her utmost knowledge throughout each of her transactions from beginning to end.

Anna has been a paralegal for over 30 years and is Treasurer of The new LakeView High School Alumni Association. Anna is a passionate Cubs fan and enjoys her time at Wrigley Field.

Anna and her husband built a three story condo building in Logan Square. Anna is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Matt is the fresh face in the office. Matt Graduated Maine South high school in 2013. Immediately after high school he obtained his property and casualty license in order to sell insurance. After gaining 6 years of sales and negotiating experience through
various high ticket sales jobs, Matt landed in our office with a running start. What Matt doesn’t have in experience, he makes up for in hustle and attention to detail. Whether it’s four in the morning or ten at night you can count on Matt to be where he needs to be for his clients.

MARK WEITEKAMPER

Mark moved to the Chicago area from Germany at age 12. While attending college at Iowa State University, he worked in the hotel field; and continued in hotel management after graduation for 15 years. In 2001, Mark joined Haderlein and Co. Realtors and now
specializes in residential and investment property. Mark gained building “nuts and bolts” knowledge after becoming a licensed General Contractor in Chicago and an source of knowledge in property improvement issues. Mark focuses on finding his clients
properties that fit their needs, and providing advice and renovation/remodeling services to improve properties for the buyer and seller. As an environmentalist, Mark now specializes in green eco-friendly property and construction practices.

CARMEN CARDENAS

Carmen has been licensed since 1994 and specializes in residential real estate. She has lived on the north side of Chicago for most of her life and has great knowledge of the city. Carmen helps home owners and investors find the very best properties which are available. Carmen is fluent in Spanish.

GIRMAI GEBREMICAEL

Girmai has been a broker in Chicago for over 20 years. Girmai applies his problem solving skills to each transaction. Girmai holds an engineering degree and has a managing broker designation. Girmai is familiar with residential, investment and
commercial real estate. He currently manages several residential and commercial properties. Girmai is a family man who also serves as the financial trustee of his Church.

RICHARD PETRIZZI

Richard combines strong interpersonal communication skills, detailed-oriented property search habits, continuing industry training and a sense of humor to successfully match buyers, sellers and renters. He makes himself accessible for in-person, text, phone, Skype or email conferences. 

He helps to educate clients (keeping them focused on the points), stays current with market trends, continually builds relationships with other service providers, and “listens” to the marketplace. The ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Rep), MCNE in negotiating, e-Pro andMBA designations support the professional services and win-win solutions he delivers.

His diverse career experiences include business ownership, management and staff leadership, contract training, and teaching responsibilities as an Associate Professor of Marketing and Communications. These experiences, his technology competency, and a commitment to exceed client expectations, help Richard guide buyers, sellers and renters in achieving their real estate objectives.
